Challenge
Prospective buyers, commercial partners and existing residents were arriving at the same page and finding none of them well served. Property information lived in documents that could only be updated by a developer.
Approach
- 01Separated the three audiences into distinct entry paths from the first screen
- 02Modelled properties, projects and services as structured content rather than pages
- 03Designed a restrained visual language so photography carries the impression
- 04Moved every editable field into a database the client controls
Solution
A server-rendered platform with a content model behind it: listings, projects and service pages are records, not hand-built markup. New properties are published without a deployment.

Outcome
The client publishes and edits property content directly. Engineering involvement is now limited to new capabilities rather than routine updates.
Outcomes are described qualitatively. We publish performance figures only where the client has verified and approved them.
