JADE is small enough to care deeply about every project, and technically capable enough to take on problems that don't have an off-the-shelf answer.
How we work
Most technology work fails for non-technical reasons: the wrong problem was chosen, the scope grew without a decision, or the result was handed to a team that could not operate it. We spend the first part of every engagement making sure none of those three happen.
We work directly with the people who own the problem. There is no account layer between you and the engineers building the system, which means questions get technical answers and estimates come from the person doing the work.
We prefer a small, correct system delivered early over a large one delivered eventually. Where an existing tool solves the problem well, we say so — building something is not automatically the right answer.
